Delivery, returns & the small print

UK delivery is free on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Order before 18 December for delivery before Christmas. Every order is sent tracked, and you'll get the tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.

If a gift isn't right, return it unused in its original gift box within 30 days for a full refund. Email us with your order number and we'll send a returns label.

Every player also carries 12 months of cover against manufacturing faults. If a disc or the speaker stops working as it should, we'll replace the item.

We collect only what we need to send your order: your name, email, delivery address and phone number if you give it. We never sell your details.

Payment is handled by our payment provider, so card numbers never touch our systems. Ask us at any time to see or delete the details we hold about you.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. We may change prices and availability at any time, but never after you've ordered.
